Calvary United Youth Group
United is a ministry for all youth in 6th through 12th grade. They meet each Wednesday evening at 6:30-8:00. They have recreation/games, snacks, music & praise time followed by a Bible lesson. They also go to a summer camp at Falls Creek Camp in Oklahoma. They hold car washes, garage sales and other events throughout the year to “earn” money for camp.
The Calvary Baptist Student Ministry takes seriously our responsibility of teaching students the Word of God. We live in a day where God’s standards are watered down and our convictions are subjective. We believe that Jesus Christ has not changed. We understand that God desires strong commitment and unwavering loyalty to Him. Therefore, our youth ministry is dedicated to speak the truth of Christ no matter what times we live in. First, we want to see the lost saved. Second, we desire to disciple the won. Third, we long to send forth believing Christians into the darkness of the world in hopes of fulfilling the Great Commission.
Meet at your school flag pole to pray before school. We will leave the church at 6 pm for See You After The Pole. We will return before 9 pm.
